		<description>Indeed, the young leaves are excellent in salads- like onion-y lettuce. Young wood violet leaves are great in salads as well (and bird&#039;s foot violet tastes of wintergreen!)! There&#039;s also curly dock, which is somewhat tart and mild when young.</description>
