But that's what people ALREADY have. I do think most have at least 3 days of canned food, dried goods (crackers, bread, etc), water. And of course if the emergency happens when you're home, you can munch on that food, toss the rest and maybe bbq all the meat and salt it if you think the meat will go bad due to extended emergency. So if they do NOT have 3 days...what is wrong with people? They are like spoiled babies that sleep in and wake up to a grand breakfast made by their pappy or mammy. I got a chuckle out of the 3-day suggestion as well. As far as the OPSEC question goes, yeah I had my reservations but when it came down to it, I felt that this message is too important right now to get out to folks. Besides, if it comes down to it, I do have plans set up for keeping my family and supplies secure (and I'm not talking about guns) so OPSEC is still in place. :) Thanks for the comments Lucas.
